6. Conditions for the Provision of Services
The prices shown on the Website are retail prices, according to the selected search criteria, taxes included.
Rates and availability must be kept updated by the accommodation, however, in case of overbooking situations or errors in rates, the accommodation will inform the customer in time to cancel the reservation and refund the amount paid so that the customer can find alternative accommodation.
Accommodation To Comfort S.L. will confirm the reservation and its conditions to the user by email. Accommodation To Comfort S.L. keeps an electronic copy of the conditions applicable to the booked service. However, the user must also keep their own copy of the conditions applicable to each contract.
The cancellation policy is edited by the hotelier; for this purpose they have been provided with web access where they can set and modify different cancellation policies depending on the reservation conditions.
Terms and conditions for cancellations by Accommodation To Comfort S.L.
Follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your stay. We recommend that you carefully read the accommodation's cancellation policy. If you cancel the reservation within the free cancellation period established by the accommodation, no amount will be charged to your credit card. If the reservation is cancelled after the free cancellation period specified by the accommodation or you do not notify in time, the accommodation could charge an amount that, in most cases, is equal to the value of the first night of accommodation.
Accommodation To Comfort S.L. cannot guarantee that there are no errors in access to the Website, in its content, or that it is properly updated, although it will make every possible effort to avoid errors and, where appropriate, correct or update them as soon as possible.
Accommodation To Comfort S.L. reserves the right to make changes to the Website without prior notice, with the aim of updating, modifying, adding or removing its contents and its design.
