Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of reservation and season. In general, free cancellation is available up to 24-48 hours before arrival. Please check the specific conditions when making your reservation or contact us for more details.

Bed linen is included in all our reservations. Towels can be rented at reception for an additional €2. We recommend bringing your own towel to save money and reduce environmental impact.

You must be at least 18 years old to book a bed in a shared dormitory. Minors can stay at the hostel as long as they are accompanied by an adult or legal guardian. We also have family-friendly rooms available.

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), cash (EUR), and bank transfers. For group reservations, we can also issue invoices for advance payment. All online transactions are processed through a secure platform.

There is no curfew. You can come and go at any time. Our reception is open 24/7 to assist you. However, we kindly ask you to be respectful of other guests during quiet hours (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
