Internal Regulations
In accordance with Article 25 of Decree 13/2020 of May 18, the establishment has the following Internal Regulations which will be mandatory for guests of Hostel A2C with registration number in the Tourism Registry of Andalusia, H/SE/01303.
Article 25 of Decree 13/2020 states:
- Hotel establishments must have internal regulations that establish mandatory rules for users during their stay, which cannot contravene the provisions of Law 13/2011 of December 23 or this Chapter.
- The internal regulations must always be available to users and displayed at least in Spanish and English in a visible and easily accessible place within the establishment. These rules must be published on the establishment's website, if one exists.
- Hotel operators may request assistance from the Security Forces to evict those who violate the internal regulations, fail to comply with the usual rules of social coexistence, or attempt to access or remain in the establishment for purposes other than the normal use of the service, in accordance with Article 36.4 of Law 13/2011 of December 23.
1. Identification Documents
Guests are required to present identification documents when entering the hotel establishment.
2. Admission Document
All users of the hotel establishment will receive an admission document before entry, which must be signed by the guest, containing: name of the establishment, category and registration number, accommodation unit number or identification, number of occupants, meal plan, check-in and check-out dates, and price of the accommodation if the guest contracted directly with the hotel. The signed admission document will be kept by the establishment.
3. Obligations of Tourist Service Users
The owners of the establishment may deny access or continuation of stay to users who fail to comply with the following duties (art. 36.3 and 22 of Tourism Law 13/2011):
- Observe the rules of coexistence and hygiene for the proper use of tourist establishments.
- Respect the internal regulations of tourist establishments, as long as they do not contravene the law.
- Respect the agreed departure date by vacating the occupied unit.
- Pay for the contracted services when the invoice is presented or within the agreed deadlines, without claims exempting from payment.
- Respect the establishments, facilities and equipment of tourist companies.
- Respect the environmental surroundings of the historical-cultural heritage and tourist resources of Andalusia.
4. Payment Guarantee
The hotel establishment may request a payment guarantee in advance, by any means: credit card, transfer, etc., for contracted services, whether for the entire reservation or extras.
5. Hotel Day
The hotel day begins at 12:00 noon on the first contracted day and ends at 12:00 noon on the departure date. During periods of high occupancy, room availability may be delayed up to three hours. Without prior agreement, extended stays beyond the contracted period will not be allowed. Overstaying will incur a charge of one more night plus any relocation costs for affected guests.
6. Shared Accommodation Units
Accommodation units are shared, with each guest assigned a specific bed. Sharing beds or sleeping in unassigned rooms/beds is prohibited.
7. Safety Deposit Box
The hotel provides a safety deposit box for valuables, which can be stored at Reception against receipt. The establishment is not responsible for the loss/theft of valuables not stored in the safe.
8. Cleaning Schedule
The room cleaning schedule is from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
9. Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in the establishment, except as permitted by Law 28/2005 on health measures against smoking and its amendment Law 42/2010 of December 30.
10. External Food and Beverages
Bringing external food/beverages for consumption inside the hotel is prohibited, except in designated areas.
11. Animals
Animals are prohibited without express authorization, except guide dogs as established by Law 5/1998 of November 23 on the use of guide dogs by visually impaired persons in Andalusia.
12. Denial of Access
For services available to both guests and the public, access/continuation of stay will be denied when:
- Maximum capacity has been reached.
- After the establishment's closing time.
- When minimum age requirements are not met according to current regulations.
- When entrance fees have not been paid (if applicable).
- When violent behavior is shown, particularly aggression, disturbances, dangerous situations or harassment of others.
- When minimum hygiene standards are not met.
- When weapons or dangerous objects are carried, except for authorized security personnel on duty.
- When drugs/narcotics/psychotropic substances are consumed or their effects are shown, or evident intoxication. Also for causing intentional damage, disturbances or noise complaints that affect the peace and privacy of others.
13. Police Assistance
In all these cases, the hotel may request assistance from the competent Police Authorities.
14. Payment Obligation
Nevertheless, in the cases mentioned above, the person remains obligated to pay for services consumed until denial of access or eviction.
