2.- Terms of Use.

By making a reservation through this Website the user enters into a contract with the hotel establishment he has booked.

At the same time, the customer consents, through the acceptance of the reservation, for the treatment of the data from the credit card in order to complete the reservation, as well as for its storage as security deposit in case of possible damages or extra expenses.

The user declares that he/she is over 18 years old and has the legal capacity to acquire the services offered through the Website.

These Terms of Use are subject to the Spanish legislation, and the contract with the user will be signed in Spanish or in another available language selected by the user. Any discrepancies or misinterpretation between the Spanish version and other lenguages will be the Spanish version that prevale on the interpretation.

6.- Conditions for the provision of services

The prices displayed on the Website are retail prices, according to the selected search criteria, taxes included.

Rates and availability must be kept updated by the accommodation, however in case of situations of overooking or errors in rates, the accommodation will inform the client in time to cancel the reservation and refund the amount paid in order the client can find an alternative accommodation.

Accommodation To Comfort S.L. will confirm the reservation and its conditions to the user by email. Accommodation To Comfort S.L. keeps an electronic copy of the conditions applicable to the booked service. However, the user must also keep his own copy of the conditions applicable to each contract.

The cancellation policy is edited by the hotelier; for this purpose he/she has been provided with a web access where he/she can set and modify different cancellation policies depending on the conditions of the reservation.

Terms and conditions for cancellations for cancellations by Accommodation To Comfort S.L.

Please, follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your stay. We recommend you to read the accommodation cancellation policy carefully. If you cancel the booking within the free cancellation period established by the accommodation, no amount will be charged on your credit card. If the reservation is cancelled after the free cancellation deadline specified by the accommodation or you do not inform in time, the accommodation migh charge an amount which, in most cases, is equal to the value of the first night´s accommodation.

Accommodation To Comfort S.L. can not guarantee that there are no errors in the access to the Website, in its content, nor that this is properly updated, although it will make every possible efforts to avoid errors and, when appropriate, correct or update them as soon as possible.

Accommodation To Comfort S.L.reserves the right to make changes in the Website without prior notice, with the aim to update, amend, modify, add or remove its contents and its design.
